Are the covers you offer illustrated?

My approach to designing book covers is primarily based on photomontages or digital collages, where I combine various high-quality images and graphic elements to create a unique design that reflects the essence of your work. I use tools like Illustrator to create graphic elements or simple illustrations when necessary. However, if your idea calls for a completely custom and detailed illustration, this type of work may require collaborating with a specialized illustrator.

Why is there an additional charge for the editable file?

The editable file is created in a professional design and layout program that requires advanced skills to use. This file includes all layers, fonts, colors, and design elements in their original form, allowing for future modifications.

It is provided solely as an added bonus due to the time and effort required to properly organize and prepare the file for use. This ensures that the file is ready to be reused or edited by another professional, while maintaining the quality and integrity of the design.

How much does the final editable file cost?

The final editable file is not included in any package, but you can also add it as an extra to any of the packages for €150.

What if I need the final file later on?

The final editable files (.indd) are not included in the basic packages, except in the Cervantes Package or as an optional extra. I retain the files for 6 months after final delivery. If you need the file after that period, I cannot guarantee its availability.

Do you design book covers for Amazon KDP?

Yes. All cover designs intended for Amazon are delivered optimized for Amazon KDP, both in digital format and for print-on-demand. They are also optimized for traditional printing with finishes.

How long does it take to complete each pack?

The estimated time is:

Austen Package: Starting at 15 business days.
This timeframe may vary depending on revisions or the complexity of the project.
